Jiangxi Dayou Technology Co.,Ltd., founded in 2001, mainly engaged in the R&D, production and sales of amorphous nanocrystalline alloy soft magnetic products, is a national high-tech enterprise, a national specialized and innovative little giant enterprise. It’s the main production base of amorphous nanocrystalline alloy soft magnetic materials and components in China, and the governing unit of the Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance of China Amorphous Energy Saving Materials Industry.
Having a provincial engineering technology research center and keeping cooperation with well-known domestic universities and scientific research institutions such as Songshan Lake Material Laboratory, Institute of Physics CAS, University of Science and Technology Beijing, etc, Dayou has strong R&D capabilities. Dayou is certified by ISO9001 Quality Management System, IATF16949 Automotive Quality Management System successively, etc. We have 29 national invention patents and 39 utility model patents.
Following 3 series of new magnetic materials and components are our main products.
1. Materials: Iron-based/ cobalt-based/ Fe-Ni based amorphous ribbons & Fe-based nanocrystalline ribbons, amorphous / nanocrystalline / Fe-Si-Cr powders.
2. Cores: CMC/DMC cores, CT cores, sensor cores, magnetic amplifier cores, etc.
3. Components: CMC/DMCs, PFC inductors, precision current transformers, magnetic sensors, etc.
Our products are widely applied in automotive, solar + energy storage, server and telecom power supplies, smart grid, industrial control, consumer electronics, rail transit, aviation & IoT, etc.
