Iron based nanocrystalline alloy (1K107) is composed of iron, silicon, boron, and small amounts of copper, niobium, etc., and has excellent comprehensive soft magnetic properties. The product is mainly used as common mode inductors, transformers, etc., and widely replaces materials such as silicon steel sheets, ferrites, and perovskite alloys.
Through different magnetic field heat treatment processes, high Br (soft magnetic switch) or low Br (common mode inductor, inverter transformer) products can be obtained.
