The development and application project of Dayou Technology's wide temperature and high conductivity amorphous nanocrystalline alloy soft magnetic materials has won the second prize of the 2023 Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award
On September 6, 2024, the Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Conference was held in Nanchang, where the 2023 Science and Technology Award was presented. Jiangxi Dayou Technology Co., Ltd., as the completing unit, was awarded the second prize of the 2023 Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award for the "Development and Application of Wide Temperature and High Conductivity Amorphous Nanocrystalline Alloy Soft Magnetic Materials" project.

Since its establishment in 2001, Dayou Technology has been committed to the research and development, production, and sales of amorphous nanocrystalline alloy soft magnetic products. This award-winning project has carried out a full chain research and development in the optimization design of alloy material formulas, composite magnetic integration, iron core heat treatment technology and equipment, and achieved key technological breakthroughs, improving the high-frequency magnetic performance and seismic performance of the product, and enhancing the consistency and stability of the product. The overall project results have reached the international advanced level. The project achievements have been widely applied in the research and manufacturing of key materials and components required for emerging industries such as new energy vehicles, 5G base stations, and optical storage and charging new energy. It has a significant driving effect on promoting the transformation and upgrading of soft magnetic material products and the rapid development of the industry. It has broken the foreign technology blockade and product monopoly in the high-end market, achieved product import substitution, and independent and controllable technology.
The award-winning project was jointly completed by Jiangxi Dayou Technology Co., Ltd., Yichun College, Jiangxi Zhongci Technology Collaborative Innovation Co., Ltd., and Shenzhen Jinghong New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. This award is another major scientific and technological achievement for the company, following the third prize of Jiangxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award (2020), the special prize of China Metallurgical Science and Technology Award (2021), and the second prize of China Nonferrous Metal Industry Science and Technology Award (2021). It is a recognition and incentive for the company's innovative development in recent years!
